i love the nyc subway. you go under in greenwich village, you come up in downtown brooklyn. when its really cooking it kind of rocks back and forth lulling you into a sort of half-sleep where you can rest but not get your wallet stolen...but then there are the times where you get stuck in the tunnel between stations for 20 minutes, encourageing the woman who is preaching about armegedon, jesus and rapture to raise her voice and flail her arms 3 inches from your face in emphasis... and that's not relaxing, that's a panic attack.

Thanks for this post. As a Brooklyn native now living in California. These are the things I miss the most about New York that non-New Yorkers will never understand is part of the charm of this city that can't be found any where else in the world.

Oh I just love your bouquet. I wish I could order a fresh bouquet to be sent to me weekly.
